Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all orders placed on the anybuy.io website, operated by Guinea Emerging Technologies (GET), Kaloum, Conakry, Guinea. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and Orders

ANYBUY operates on a dropshipping basis: the ordered product is purchased at the source at the time of your order, from international platforms and sellers. Every order is verified by our agents before shipment.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your country. Payment is made at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered at the payment step. The order is processed only after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination, shown before order confirmation. A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships. Shipping costs are calculated based on your country and the order amount.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 7 days from receipt to request the return of an unused item in its original packaging. Contact us to arrange the return. The refund is issued after the item is received and inspected. Defective products on arrival are exchanged or fully refunded.

6. Warranties

Every product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In case of a defect, our customer service arranges the exchange or refund.

7. Liability

ANYBUY commits to verifying every product before shipment. Our liability is limited to the order amount. We cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Guinean law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Conakry.
